About Quivira

Quivira is an 1,850-acre master-planned resort and residential community on the Pacific side of Cabo San Lucas, at the tip of the Baja peninsula where granite foothills, dunes and cliffs meet the ocean. Its gate is roughly ten minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas and the marina, and about forty to fifty minutes from Los Cabos International Airport along the highway. One internal road system links the resorts, the residential enclaves and the golf course, and access to the property and the club is restricted to owners and to guests of the resorts on site.

Residential enclaves range from hacienda-style homes and condominiums at Copala to the Old Lighthouse Club, Coronado, Mavila, Alvar, Montecristo Estates and the residences attached to the St. Regis Los Cabos. Resorts already operating on the property include Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach and Pueblo Bonito Pacifica. Owners have use of a clubhouse with pool and cinema at Copala, a beach club, a village market and more than twenty miles of trails through dune, desert and hillside. Almost every position faces open Pacific water.

Golf is the organising principle. Quivira Golf Club is a Jack Nicklaus Signature course of roughly 7,139 yards, named by Golf Digest to its World’s 100 Greatest Golf Courses, with more oceanfront exposure than any other course in Los Cabos and four comfort stations set along the routing. The beachfront is long and dramatic but not for swimming: Pacific currents make it unsafe, and residents swim at the pools and the beach club instead. Quivira suits golfers and buyers who prioritise resort services and a sunset-facing ocean position over walking to town.
