About Puerto Los Cabos

Puerto Los Cabos spans two thousand acres in La Playa, immediately east of the San José del Cabo estuary and facing the Sea of Cortez, with roughly three miles of shoreline. Downtown San José del Cabo, with its colonial plaza and art district, is about five to ten minutes by car, and Los Cabos International Airport around twenty minutes. Cabo San Lucas sits at the far end of the Tourist Corridor. Heading north, the community works as the practical gateway to the East Cape.

The plan is organized into five residential neighborhoods — Zadún Residences, Concepción, Fundadores, El Altillo and La Noria — offering both homesites and finished residences. Each solves a different view. La Noria threads through five holes of the Nicklaus course; El Altillo occupies a high ridge with the marina below and sunsets over the Sierra de la Laguna; Concepción faces the beach. Within the property there are beach clubs, a golf clubhouse with restaurant and members lounge, and service palapas out on the course.

The marina runs 230 slips — thirty to seventy feet, with options for larger vessels — plus a fuel dock, pump-out service and an on-site boatyard, with expansion to 400 slips planned. Golf totals 27 holes: the Ocean and Vista nines by Jack Nicklaus and the Mission nine by Greg Norman. The Sculpture Garden and the marina’s art circuit gather monumental work by Mexican artists, among them Leonora Carrington and Gabriel Macotela, alongside a botanical garden of endemic cacti. La Playita, with a buoyed and monitored swimming zone behind the breakwater, appears on the municipality’s official list of swimmable beaches.
